I have always had this love for words, either a wonderful book, a series of poems or short stories. So when I was challenged by a friend to write a poem and share it live in an online chat group called “The Poetry Cafe” I jumped at the chance. A few of those original members still follow my words, and I’m forever grateful for their loyalty.

I write about a woman (The girl) and all her little intricacies and what that means to me. I have been fortunate enough to have had some pretty special people in my life that afford me amazing experiences.

Thank you for taking the time and attention here with my poems. I once read, “We should all have poetry in our lives” and I’ve taken that motto to heart. Remember, Love and you’ll be loved in return.
