Half spoken as if,
they were never really said,
she turned knowing
her walls even for her
were to be forbidden. 
That was until,
she spoke her truths
from at a glance
no one could tell,
but I did,
and she noticed the look. 
she swore at herself
adorable really
because having such feelings
she betrayed 
her sense of self,
that was until,
I tipped her chin upward. 
Eyes up into eyes
her second misstep 
she was only on her second lesson
this couldn’t get any worse. 
Then the words escaped
the room was flooded
in absolute silence
our course
just changed. 
W/we had to take a moment
in order to digest
what was said,
the girl had been
so proper and perfect. 
I asked her to repeat
that thing she just said,
she sank her head
not wanting to answer 
there was no choice
repeated she did. 
The feared words
may become 
her favorite
only time will tell
where she takes this.
