This is the newness
step into it
here alongside Me. 
A girl and her curves
recklessly watching the sun,
with both eyes 
full and wide open. 
I watch closely
memorizing her dance,
girl hips,
slowly to one side
her perfect hula
intentional turns
allow My eyes to stare. 
Just My eyes,
she swears,
the summer sky is fat
full of warmth
near the water’s edge
she bathes.  
Removing strings 
from shoulders
her topless frame
perk and upright
her intentions turn
splashing cold water. 
At full attention
I’m all hers,
whispering,
her forbidden language
cupped tightly
from the inside
she squeezes
her hands spread apart
balancing on her hips 
I hold closely
we’re near an edge
for the first real time
the wind explodes
across her arched body. 
She’s a sight to behold
I cherish the minutes
in hours,
she reaches back
and asks…
